Our Service optionally integrates with Google OAuth (for sign-in) and Google Drive (for file import/export). By connecting your Google account, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Do not upload content that infringes copyrights or violates applicable laws.
You retain ownership of content you upload. We process your content solely to provide the requested services.
Payment terms for our subscription services:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
AI-generated content is provided "as-is." You should review and verify all generated content before use. We are not liable for inaccuracies.
Each plan has specific usage limits. Excessive usage may result in throttling or additional charges.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or data practices of third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Drive, Stripe, or AI providers.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
